In the lead-up to the launch, Angostura’s Swedish distribution partner, Hermansson & Co., spearheaded a robust cross-channel marketing campaign. 

With only 160 bottles available, the launch on Systembolaget’s website, an online shop, was categorised as an exclusive opportunity for collectors, cocktail enthusiasts, and professionals to get their hands on a historic release. 

The marketing efforts created strong momentum among both consumers and the professional bartending community in Sweden, resulting in the rapid sell-out. This reinforces Angostura’s reputation for excellence and innovation.

This Limited Edition Bitters, created in celebration of the Company’s 200-year milestone, features a distinctive blend of botanicals—including Angelica Root, Roman Wormwood, and Nutmeg—combined with Angostura® aged rum. The result is a bold and complex flavour profile that honours the brand’s legacy.
