Keegan Ramgolam joined the Angostura family as Internal Auditor in June 2006 and held the position of Procurement Manager before being appointed to Executive Manager, Business Efficiency in June 2025.

Keegan is a seasoned professional with over 19 years of experience driving operational excellence, strategic procurement, and supply chain transformation at Angostura. As Executive Manager, Business Efficiency, he leads cross-functional initiatives that enhance performance across Procurement, Supply Chain Planning, Inbound and International Logistics, Inventory and Warehousing, and Information Technology—ensuring alignment with the Company’s growth strategy and long-term vision.

He actively participates in thought leadership on sustainability, business strategy, and regulatory compliance within the Caribbean’s manufacturing and export sectors, and has led key initiatives within the Company, including the development of centralized sourcing, refinement of commodity trading, materials cost optimization, and supplier management. He is a core member of the Company’s Incident Command Team and provides guidance for risk management and emergency response protocols.

Keegan holds a B.Sc. in Economics and Management from the University of the West Indies and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (MCIPS). He is certified in ISO 9001, 14001, 22000, and FSSC auditing, and has completed executive training with Harvard Management Mentorship and the Arbinger Institute. He also held licenses from the Customs Clerks and Customs Brokers Association of Trinidad and Tobago and trained in Asycuda World.
