Rahim Mohammed, a dynamic professional with a wealth of experience and a commitment to excellence, embarked on his journey with Angostura in November 2017, assuming the role of Executive Manager - Corporate Services. Within this capacity, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the organization's core functions, overseeing Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Health, Safety, Security & Environment, Information & Communications Technology, and Office Services.

Rahim's remarkable versatility shines through in his contributions to Angostura. In addition to his core role, from May 2019 to August 2020, he stepped into the role of Executive Manager – Marketing, demonstrating his ability to adapt and excel in various domains. Additionally, his substantive post furthered to him leading the International Sales team from September 2020 to February 2023, strategically expanding the Company's reach into global markets. While maintaining his portfolio, his leadership further extended as he assumed the role of Executive responsible for Supply Chain from January 2022 to February 2023, further cementing his reputation as a leader capable of steering diverse facets of the business towards success. He now holds the title of Angostura’s Executive Manager for Business Efficiency & Shared Services.

An academic powerhouse, Rahim holds a Bachelor’s Degree in General Management, with specializations in Finance, Human Resources, and Accounting, from the esteemed University of the West Indies, where he graduated with First Class Honors. He's not just a scholar but a practitioner, as evidenced by his certification as a SHRM Certified Professional and his completion of Post Graduate training in Executive Leadership from Harvard Business School.

Rahim's professional journey is a testament to his adaptability, as he has accrued experience in multiple sectors, including Financial Services, Insurance, Education, Automotive, Manufacturing, Retail, and Distribution. His diverse background has enriched his leadership style, making him adept at navigating the complex landscape of modern business. Beyond his corporate endeavors, Rahim Mohammed embodies the spirit of community engagement and social responsibility. He serves as a Director of the Princess Elizabeth Centre, a haven for differently abled children, exemplifying his commitment to supporting those in need. Additionally, his role as a Director of the Gender Advisory Board at the Institute for Gender and Development Studies at the University of the West Indies underscores his dedication to promoting gender equality and inclusivity

His involvement doesn't stop there, at the age of 27, he obtained the executive role of Sector HR Manager at ANSA McAL for the automotive sector overseeing Trinidad & Barbados. Rahim was the only HR Executive within the ANSA McAL Group at the time to be appointed on a subsidiary company board.  He was also awarded Group Employee of the Year at ANSA McAL among 6,000 employees. He has also served as a Director at Grenada Breweries Limited and volunteered at United Way, showcasing his unwavering commitment to making a positive impact in his community.
