Angostura® partnered with the well acclaimed restaurant, Chin Chin located in Surry Hills, Sydney, Australia in September to promote the Company’s range of bitters and rums. Chin Chin is known for their Southeast Asian dishes which are very popular, highlighting the harmony and delicacy of Thai.
The main purpose of this alliance, which was themed “A Date with Angostura®”, was to demonstrate the versatility of our ANGOSTURA® aromatic bitters, ANGOSTURA® orange bitters and ANGOSTURA® cocoa bitters with the application of it in a personalised food and drinks menu. This illustrated the best of ANGOSTURA® bitters range combining with other flavours of ingredients and counteracting the harshness of acidic contents and spirits. Our Angostura® 7-year-old-rum was also fused and showed its adaptability as a powerful, robust and flavoursome rum with taste sensations that include maple, chocolate, honey and toffee.
Tickets were completely sold out when the event was publicised. Many shared positive sentiments praising the event for its innovative style and approach. They appreciated the Angostura® bitters range in both traditional and modern ways.
A Date with Angostura® was a success with the diverse preferences and welcoming environment that indeed encouraged exploration and enjoyment seamlessly with Angostura® products in culinary experiences both in the food and beverage industry.
