We hosted 20 talented individuals for our 2025 Summer Internship programme. This annual initiative reflects Angostura’s strong commitment to youth development and supporting the next generation of professionals.

The interns were placed across multiple departments throughout the business, including Human Resources, Marketing, ICT, Corporate Communications, Production and Quality, where they gained first-hand exposure to our operations and contributed to key meaningful projects.
The group also participated in a series of professional development workshops focused on interview skills, curriculum vitae writing, and mental health in the workplace.

Trade Marketing Intern, Tiffany Wade shared, “This internship not only expanded my knowledge of the spirits industry but also gave me a clearer sense of how to apply my academic learning in a fast-paced, professional environment. I am grateful for the mentorship, hands-on experience, and the welcoming culture at Angostura®, all of which had a lasting impact on my professional growth.”

Briana Buckmire, who interned in the Human Resources department stated, “My internship at Angostura® has been an incredibly enriching journey. The mentorship and encouragement I received created an environment where I felt valued and inspired to learn. This experience has laid a strong foundation for my future in HR, and I will carry the lessons, relationships, and experiences.”

In recognition of their strong performance, several interns have been retained for short-term assignments, extending the value of their contributions to the business.
The resilience, adaptability, and energy demonstrated by our interns this year highlight the calibre of emerging talent that the future holds for us. We are proud to provide a platform that supports their growth while contributing to the continued success of Angostura®.
