Angostura’s popular liqueur, Amaro di ANGOSTURA® has been awarded the GOLD Medal in the Amaro category at The Spirits Business Liqueur Masters 2025. The prestigious Spirits Business Liqueur Masters 2025 is an international blind tasting competition that forms part of the Global Spirits Masters series that is hosted by The Spirits Business magazine based in London, United Kingdom.

The objective of the competition is to find and reward the finest global liqueur brands. Judges met at The Singer Tavern in London, a cocktail hotspot pub for the annual blind tasting competition. Amaro di ANGOSTURA® was described by judges as having notes of cola, pepper, dried herbs, bark and citrus peels.

This year’s competition saw 82 entries from 40 companies worldwide, making this year’s event one of the most competitive editions to date.

Mr. Ian Forbes said, “This GOLD Medal Award highlights the global recognition of Amaro di Angostura’s distinctive flavour profile, which is crafted with Angostura’s signature and world-renowned aromatic bitters, premium spirits and natural herbs.
