We delivered a taste of Caribbean excellence to Paradise Plates, the annual Hands For Hunger charity fundraiser held in Nassau, Bahamas. Our award-winning aged rums and iconic bitters left a lasting impression on over 800 guests.

Held at the Atlantis Paradise Island, the evening opened with a celebration of culinary mastery, featuring top restaurants, chefs, and mixologists from across The Bahamas. Angostura® quickly became a standout attraction, drawing guests to experience its unique range of flavours.

Guests were first introduced to innovative cocktails and mocktails such as the Spiced Desire cocktail made with Angostura Tamboo and bitters. The Bananza mocktail delivered a refined blend of banana purée and ANGOSTURA® cocoa bitters, appealing to sophisticated palates.

The experience continued with dessert creations infused with Angostura bitters. The decadent Citrus Kiss cake pops, enhanced with ANGOSTURA® orange bitters, and the Velvet Coco brownies, crafted with ANGOSTURA® cocoa bitters, showcased the brand’s versatility beyond the bar.

By the end of the night, guests left inspired by the many imaginative ways Angostura’s rums and bitters could elevate cocktails, cuisine, and desserts—a true testament to the brand’s innovation, Caribbean heritage, and timeless appeal.
