Thirty (30) certified electrical trainees have successfully completed a 9-week electrical programme that was fully funded by Angostura®.

The customised programme – Wired for Success – focused onResidential Electrical Installation with Commercial Applications. Angostura® executed the programme in collaboration with the NESC Technical Institute (NESC-TI).

A graduation ceremony was held on December 17 at Angostura® where participants received an NESC-TI certification aligned to Caribbean Vocational Qualification.

The programme was first advertised on September 30 inviting members of the public to apply who were interested in pursuing a career in the electrical field. In a matter of days, Angostura® received approximately 600 applications.

Five participants were selected for a two-month on the job training at Angostura® effective January 2026. This opportunity will allow them to apply their newly acquired skills in a dynamic, industry-leading environment.
