In keeping with Angostura’s commitment to its fenceline community of Laventille/Morvant, the Company recently partnered with The Igbéga Foundation to  execute a community-based sporting initiative. The initiative was entitled “Bringing Communities Together”. Angostura® sponsored the cricket aspect of the initiative, which included team uniforms for the cricket tournament, cricket equipment, feather flags and a carbonated soft drink bar with Angostura® Chill

The Foundation collaborated with Member of Parliament for Laventille East/Morvant, The Honourable Adrian Leonce to execute the event that was aimed at bringing together different communities within the Laventille/Morvant area.

Angostura® was proud to be part of this initiative which saw residents within the area displaying camaraderie and sportsmanship during the tournament.
