The event held in Barbados, brought together chefs and mixologists from 11 Caribbean destinations, competing for top regional honours in cooking, pastry, and bartending.  

We presented two Awards – Best Use of Angostura® Bitters in the Beverage Competition and Best Use of Angostura® Bitters. Alex Chandler of Barbados and Frantjesko Leonora of Curaçao won the awards. 

These awards highlighted innovation in contemporary mixology and celebrated bartenders who continue to push the boundaries of Caribbean flavour, underscoring Angostura’s ongoing commitment to supporting bartenders and mixologists across the region.
